Fully boxed ladder frame
At Frontier’s core is a full-length, fully boxed ladder frame instead of the 3‑sided, open C-shaped rails found on some other trucks. The frame is built with super high tensile- strength steel in strategic areas for improved structural rigidity. This rugged material is 90% stronger and 22% lighter than conventional steel, for increased torsional stiffness that ultimately delivers enhanced, rocksolid performance, on- and off-road.

Frontier’s available spray-on bedliner adds to the incredible versatility of the bed. It is applied right at the factory, and consists of a rugged non-skid surface that adheres directly to the bed to help prevent rusting. Unlike some aftermarket spray-ons, Frontier’s bedliner is UV-resistant to help prevent chalking or fading. (Standard on SE CC, NISMO and LE models).
Utili-Track System
The innovative Utili-track™ Cargo Channel System, first introduced in the full-size Titan, functions like no other. Five channels run the length and width of the bed: Two channels on the floor, one channel on each sidewall, and one channel along the header.
